The Mission Critical Plan should suffice for most organisations. The Enterprise Plan is for organisations that need quick and customised support directly from SuperCMMS' product and engineering teams. An example would be if you have a legacy system and need custom ETL's to import large amounts of data into SuperCMMS or if you want to integrate your IOT/SCADA systems with SuperCMMS.

Server infrastructure and SLA's are the same for Mission Critical and Enterprise Plans. Your account resides on globally redundant servers that guarantee >=99.95% uptime along with zero data loss.

Pricing for the Enterprise Plan starts at USD 15,000/- per year. This is in addition to the charges incurred on your Mission Critical Plan.

Enterprise customers are assigned a 'Dedicated Account Manager' who they can reach out to any time. Dedicated Account Managers have an ongoing context about your business and will assist you with everything right from the basics.
